Change or reset your password

How to reset account password?

1. Click on our page link <https://www.ftbbhylaze.com/users/sign_in>

2. from the screen if you able to see <ACCOUNT> 

3. Please click ACCOUNT button and click Logout

4. If you see <LOG IN> button and sign in page 

5. Click Forget your password? < https://www.ftbbhylaze.com/users/password/new>

6. Key in your registered email 

7. Click Reset my password 

8. Log in to your email and click reset password link

9. Key in your new password

10. Click Update / Change / Set / Save

How to change account password?

1. Click on our page link <https://www.ftbbhylaze.com/users/sign_in>

        a. You might need to sign in

2. On top right click on ACCOUNT button

3. Scroll down and you will able to see Set new Password 

4. Key in current password and new password 

5. Click Update
