We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us for any reason. For instance, we may refuse your order if we suspect that you intend to resell some or all of the products specified in your order as part of a commercial enterprise.

How to Purchase our product?

Our product is exclusively available at our live station and not on our website. For more details, please visit our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/@FattyBomBombyHYLAZE.

GENERAL (Facebook Live Purchase)

✈️ All missing buyers (MIA) will have their accounts automatically "BLACKLIST". 

❌ No cancellations allowed. 

❌ No exchanges or refunds. 

💲 Please complete your checkout after Friday Live or by Saturday morning (before 2pm).

PERSONAL DATA

Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy to process your order and inform you about our products and services.

PO/PRE-ORDER ITEM

• To purchase any preorders, payment must be made in advance. Orders will ONLY be processed once payment is confirmed!
• All preorders involve a waiting time of 4-6 weeks after the order has been sent to the supplier. In rare circumstances, there may be delays, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
• We will notify customers once preorder items arrive at our warehouse. We will strive to complete as many orders as possible.

⚠️ NOTE:

⏱ If the waiting time is too long, please refrain from purchasing preorder items.

💵 An additional delivery fee will be charged if you do not purchase anything during the week your preorder items arrive.

DELIVERY POLICY

📤 We will arrange the delivery list every Monday after receiving your payment.

🚛 Our courier will deliver from Tuesday to Friday.

📟 The courier will notify you in advance of the delivery.

RECEIVING ORDERS

All items/goods must be checked within 7 days of receipt. HYLAZE (FTBB) reserves the right to reject any returns or claims after this period.
